Lots of rubbish dumped

There is a lot of rubbish dumped outside the top entrance to plummers Hill allotments, on the footpath than goes between Hudds Vale Road and Crown Hill. This footpath is very busy with dog walkers and school children . This rubbish has been there for at least two weeks and is smelling.
