Over growth of shrubs on pavement

They are still working on the cycle path and the crossing. They can't complete it yet as there is still work to do but there is a barrier on the edge of the pavement on Sturminster Road, near Manston Close, and the overgrown shrubs are making it difficult to walk on the pavement. At night it must be even more difficult for anyone walking and they could get their face scratched. And people with pushchairs must find it difficult, too.
