Lamp creating damp issues

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9740957.

Lamp at side 12 chelsea road against wall. They have had damp issues and husband went onto roof on weekend and found an issue with the coping stone. They think this is where the lamp is knocking against. Its caused the coping stone to move back approx 10 ml and this has created a crack between two coping stones. Plse can an inspection be made
