Controlled crossing outside of St Bernadettes church constantly going off

Reported via mobile in the Permanently on category anonymously at 21:13, Wednesday 8 July 2026

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9756718.

The controlled crossing has been constantly going off all day and is still going off repeatedly. It changes the light to red and beeps loudly even though no pedestrians are present and nobody is pressing the button. Believed to be an electrics fault within the signals or the button is stuck down.
