New crossing not completed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9757840.

This is a new crossing but has yet to be completed and no sign of anything being done. Drop curb in place, lights in place, though not working and No road markings making it very confusing for pedestrians, children and motorists! Any chance this work could be completed as a matter of urgency before there is a serious accident ? Thank you.
