Unfinished road resurfacing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9761623.

College road Westbury-on-Trym The road was tared, chippings spread then tared again and left. No yellow lines have been replaced and no disabled parking bays replaced(2) This is causing people to park where they want blocking a lot of access for residents.
