Large pothole remains unattended and deteriorates

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9764446.
This pothole was reported back in March this year, since an inspection and white paint marking was done in identifying this problem. Unfortunately the problem has become much worse and is creating property vibrations and ingress of unbearable road traffic noise which is impacting negatively on our home life. The greater deterioration in the pothole site needs URGENT repair. If this could be prioritised we should be grateful. The latest report we received from yourselves concerning our original complaint about this large and deep pothole informed us that this case ref 9467168 (is closed) but NO repair has been carried out therefore my question would be how can this be CLOSED?
