Resurfacing very poor on Sandyleaze

Resurfacing appears very poor. Dust and grit everywhere. Are there plans to finish the job or are we expected to live with this?

It has been noted, because of all the loose grit and dust that the debris will be washed down the drains when it rains and could cause a blockage. Our cars are covered in dust from the grit of the new surface.
