Domestic detritus overflowing from the rubbish and recycling bins.

The resident of this house may be disabled and possibly receives home-visits from carers. Unfortunately, the carers are not placing their clinical waste in the correct bins, which are then not being collected. This means that they then overflow and the waste blows around the garden and into the street and down the road.

Although the area did appear cleaner very soon afterwards, the problem of the clinical waste still exists. The recycling bins are full to over-flowing. This means that Bristol Waste will not empty them and so the problem gets worse each passing day. May I respectfully suggest that, if the resident has a problem that generates such large amounts of detritus, they be allowed a larger bin?
