3 green binliners left outside our house from gutter workmen from council

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9779550.

Whilst cleaning gutters workman only did half the road and left. Now 3 bright green bin liners filled with soil and rubbish have appeared outside our house by our drive of 23 Holmes Grove, henleaze. We can only assume the council workers left them there. We need them removed a.s.a.p my husband who has just had an op and got a hernia cannot take them to the tip. They have been there for a few weeks.
