Missing bollards

Reported in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 09:30, Tue 14 February 2017

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later

This lane became a pedestrianized walkway 2 years ago (single footpath with picture of a man on the footpath). However there were never any bollards erected and cars continue to use it as a cut through. I have several times with my young children encountered cars and then not had anywhere safe to move to.

  • The pedestrian sign has now gone and lorries and cars continue to use the walkway as a road - destroying the verges. The road surface opposite is heavily cratered due to continued usage by heavy traffic.
