Kerbstones still not sorted!

Hi I reported the kerbstones outside my house some time ago . Now as you can see from the photos they are a lot worse! I am disabled and have great difficulty driving & walking past the stones. I would like to know when are they going to be repaired! Someone is going to have an accident walking past or damage their car. I have followed the proper procedure and stressed the danger but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE . Would appreciate a prompt reply before someone gets hurt. Many thanks Mr Dennis Moore😡
