The road name plate is lying flat on the pavement and needs re-fitting to it's supporting posts.

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9830469.

The nameplate has become detached from both it's supporting posts. It has been like this for about 3 to 4 weeks and as a result is no longer fit for purpose.
