Footpath not usable

The footway behind lloyds bank on fishponds road is barely usable as a large vehicle has churned up the mud and there is a large bramble bush blocking the rest of the footway. Please can either the the road be made good or the bramble bush removed. There is no paved area here which makes it hard to use the path that comes from Courtfield Grove and people have to walk into oncoming vehicles as this is also a popular area for school drop off. There will be an accident involving young children as many children use this as a route to school.
