Large overgrown weeds along section of road

This section of road off Northover Rd is adopted highway and should be maintained along with the rest of the road. Unfortunately it has not been included and the weeds have been left to grow rather large. The whole area needs weeding and spraying. The road surface is also in need of resurfacing as it was not done when the road was last done. Thank you
