Shocking adhoc arrangement for longstanding problem

This has been left for pedestrians to walk into the road into oncoming traffic at this major junction of Fishponds Road and Hockeys Lane. There is a very temporary arrangement but the wind and passing vehicles often topple the barriers adding additional hazards. Totally unacceptable, and egregiously we don’t think this would be allowed to happen in better off areas of the city.
