Poor and dangerous road surface

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9882340.

Suffered a very nasty cycle accident that required an A&E visit on this stretch of the road due to the road surface being poor and lots of mini pot hole along the whole way down from Tesco Express to Three lamps Bus lane needs resurfacing so that it is safe for cyclists. It is very hard to avoid all the small pot holes.
