Multiple Broken and Protruding Cobbles

Multiple cobbles on the St Paul's street end of Norfolk Avenue are either broken, missing or protruding out of the road surface. These posk a significant risk to vehicle tyres and pedestrians given the relatively sharp edges of some of the cobbles and holes. Some have already been sprayed with a white dot but no visible action is being taken.
