This public pathway is always flooded after rain, the entrance way tarmac is undulating, needs to be flat. Its a danger to pedestrians prams and wheelchair users trying to go along St. Annes Road. Please fix or get the estate landlord to fix it. Been requesting this for too many years for it to be ignored again.
