Not able to download photos. Following pavement resurfacing on app 14 October, the edge around a utility cover outside 99 Thingwall Park is raised and could be a trip hazard, particularly for old people. The other nearby covers have no raised edge and are flush with the pavement. Please can you rectify?

A new property is being developed in the rear garden of Beechwood house. A large Plant vehicle/lorry has been parking on the pavement outside the property. The weight of teh vehicle has caused a pot hot and tripping hazard to form on the pavement outside the property. I have attached photos showing the pothole forming and the vehicle it situ.
