Filwood, Bristol City Council - Summary reports

People coming over the bridge from Knowle with trolleys full of rubbish and dumping htem in the bin area, Also people ffrom Harebells using Lily's bin area and overloading it. Often with peices of furniture, fireworks, and bags og nappies etc. Not even always putting in the bins just dumping them. I have seen rats before although not recently. With the trolleys coming over from knowle, this is unmanageable and a health and safety hazard.
