You will not have a problem finding the issue. The drain has been an issue for years and no permenant solution has been found. At this time of the year it is not help by not clearing the gutters of leaves. Bristol city council have closed the issue reference 5113189 and put it on a different list. This does not help as the drain is still flooding.
