Hedges planted by council not being maintained. The light is being blocked inmy kitchen side window. They have only been cut once. I have reported it before. The kids play in the hedges, people dump rubbish and the cut through is used as a toilet.

This is in reference to my previous (numerous) reports. This drain is completely solid and has been for several years. When it rains heavily the water passes over this drain and continues along the gutter the one outside my house. This gets overwhelmed by the amount of water and flooded my garage. I spoke to the guy who was on another job with the drain clearing lorry and he told me that he was sent out to clear it but is unable to as the pipe is collapsed. He told me it was reported to the council 2 years ago. Is this ear marked for repair.
