This the only light on this side of Wood End Walk outside Hill House side of road - I am 83 and when I arrive home in the dark evening - I am parking on the road & getting things out of my car beside the garage - have had someone walk (harmlessly) behind me on the pavement - it is scarey. You say you check - but this area has been dark for months now. I have taken photographs but can’t “drag” them to this report site. The lamp post isdark blue at base and black or dark grey above base and has what is either a number 8 or a capitol S in white painted on it.
